Ok I have been swimming to get these pounds off!!! 100 lengths is around a mile
Saturday 150 Lengths
Sunday 100 Lengths
Monday 100 Lengths
I am not a very good swimmer either, so I have booked to have some lessons starting on Wednesday. I have not had a weigh in but I am sure I have lost a few pounds as my clothes are a litle bit looser!!

My Diet
WELCOME TO MY DIET DIARY!!!
I am currently dieting to loose a few good (bad pounds) and become a healthier and hopefully happier person. I have been doing quite a lot of swimming and I plan to use my bike instead of my car to get to the office 1-2 times a week. I am not on an official diet just planning to eat a bit better snack a bit less and do more excersize... Any meal suggestions are appreciated and comments and tips will be listened to.

Lunch Pannini Diet Coke and Angel Delight
Dinner with clients, 2 chicken wings, a cheese thing, spagetti with chicken pieces.
Well not a great day and no excersize------ but I am not going to make excuses about it we have bad days some times and this looks like it is one of mine.
