Wednesday 18th lesson
Tuesday 1 mile (no breaks needed today so I must be getting fitter)
Wednesday (lesson and additional 20 lengths).
Today we focused on using my legs better, at the moment i swim 90% using my arms and only 10% using my legs. It should be a more balanced 60-40. I need to focus on using my legs better either longer kicks doing front crawl and pointing my feet out further while I do the breast stroke. I need to also work on my breathing as I tend to take my whole head out the water when I do the front crawl. I really enjoy these lessons and it tends to be the little bits that really help so I am pleased with my progress so far!!. Still loosing a bit of weight as well so all in all I am getting fit and having fun!
