Room for rent to Bi-Fem N. London

Hi Ladies,
This is probably a long shot...but are there any Bi-Females out there looking to for a room to rent in North London?
Good sized clean and bright double room,with leafy outlook,in really nice,large, comfortable 2 bed flat.
Comes fully furnished with double bed,wardrobe,shelves,easy chair,even a TV and video.

Sharing with good looking, youthful, 40-ish male who works freelance in the media. Quiet, fairly laid back and young in outlook, but old enough to be past the 'party' flat share scenario.
So the room would be ideal for a busy professional who can respect the need for our own space, but who also enjoys a drink in the local occasionally...and who knows, maybe a bit of fun now and again with me and my [non sharing] girlfriend. But no pressure in this department.
Age and looks not an issue, but need to be non smoking,and resonably clean and tidy round the flat.
Share bathroom,large lounge/dinning room,and small but perfectly formed kitchen,with most mod cons.

Pleasant tree lined street in the Whitehall Park conservation area, with great transport links.
4-mins to Archway tube [trains to City and West End,inc. Euston,Kings Cross and Waterloo]
30-secs to buses [Islington,Angel,City]and[Camden,Tott.Ct.Rd,Oxford St.] With choice of Night buses home.
Local shops and Pubs,short walk to Highgate or Crouch End,and the open spaces of Waterlow Park and Hampstead Heath.

Rent is £600 per month but includes all bills:- Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water, Broadband, Phone etc.[and maybe some added extras!]
A bargain for the area!
