What is a Blog?
A Blog is the shortened term for Weblog, a log held on the web. Weblogs have been described as personal websites, online diaries and a place where you have your own voice. The result of creating a Blog is a personal website, accessible by a huge audience, with whatever content you choose. A good introduction to what a Blog is can be found on Wikipedia. They describe a Blog as:
'A blog is a website where entries are made in journal style and displayed in a reverse chronological order.
Blogs often provide commentary or news on a particular subject, such as food, politics, or local news; some function as more personal online diaries. A typical blog combines text, images, and links to other blogs, web pages, and other media related to its topic.'
